Complaints Procedure

The Collins & Barth School of Yoga is commited to providing the highest levels of care to our trainees. If you are in any way dissatisfied with our service, please let us know as soon as possible. This will help us to continually improve our service to you and future trainees.

What to do if you have a complaint:

We take all complaints seriously and will address your concerns promptly, thoroughly and politely. We aim to resolve all complaints as quickly as possible. The length of time will depend on the nature of the complaint but we will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 working days and endeavour to come to a satisfactory conclusion within a reasonable timescale.

Any correspondance will be treated in confidence. An exception will be made in the event that a third party is implicated by your complaint and we need to discuss the details of your complaint in order to reach a satisfactory conclusion.

We aim to resolve any complaints internally. If you are not happy with the outcome of our complaints procedure, then please contact Yoga Alliance Professionals.
